What we collect
When you book an appointment with a business that uses Remint, we may collect:
- Your first name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your appointment date and time
- Your responses to text messages (such as YES, CONFIRM, CANCEL, STOP, or HELP)
- Technical delivery information needed to send and receive SMS messages
We do not collect payment information, health records, diagnoses, or information about why you are visiting the business.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to:
- Send a one-time SMS opt-in request
- Send appointment confirmations
- Send appointment reminders
- Process appointment confirmations or cancellations

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments.
Most appointments generate no more than four text messages.
